  1. The Organizer

    The Organiser of the Promotion is Carlsberg Marketing Sdn Bhd 198501008089 (140534-M).

  2. Promotion Period

    The validity period of this Promotion for MONT, TONT, SHM & E-COMMerce shall be from 1 August, 2023 to 30 September, 2023 collectively referred as “Participating Outlets” in Malaysia.

    The validity period of for CVS/TOFT shall be from 1 September, 2023 to 31 October, 2023 collectively referred as “Participating Outlets” in Malaysia.

  4. Eligibility
    1. This Promotion is open to all non-Muslim aged 21 years or over of Malaysian Nationality subject to other criteria set out below, the Carlsberg Standard Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions herein and the relevant laws of Malaysia.
    2. Employees of the Organiser, its associate agencies, affiliates, distributors, dealers, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion.
    3. This Promotion is only valid for purchases made on or within the Promotion Period as stated above. Any purchases made prior or after the Promotion Period is not eligible.

    2. The Gift with Purchase may be redeemed at the 99Speedmart cashier counter.

    Off Trade – SHM & E-COMM
    1. Buy 2 x 6 (320ml) cans pack of Carlsberg Smooth Draught at participating SHM & E-COMMmerce platforms outlets, in a single receipt to redeem one (1) x Spicy Discovery Kit.
    2. Submission of entry is through scanning of QR code on the POSM only.
    3. Participant is required to complete the following steps: -
      1. Scan on the QR code on POSM to be directed to the microsite for submission.
      2. Fill up the following details for Submission of Entry: -
        1. Name
        2. IC
        3. Contact Number
        4. State
        5. Receipt Number
        6. Submission of proof of purchase (“Receipt”)
    4. The Organiser will not send out acknowledgment report to successful entry (“Qualified Entry”).
    5. For purchase made on Participating SHM Platforms, the redemption of the Gift with Purchase will be done by fulfilment agency.
    6. Participants with successful redemption will receive the Redemption Prize within 14 working days for West Malaysia and 30 working days for East Malaysia from the date of notification from Organiser after successfully verified by the Organiser. The Gift with Purchase will be delivered to Qualified Participant via courier services and the Organiser shall not be responsible for any delays or damage by the service provider.
    7. For purchase made on Participating E-COMMmerce Platforms, the redemption of the Gift with Purchase will be done by fulfilment agency.
    8. Every purchase with the respective Ecommerce platforms shall be further subject to the purchasing terms and conditions of the respective platforms.
    9. The courier service provider is engaged by the respective Ecommerce platforms and the Organiser is not responsible for any delay, damage and / or loss of parcel arising from the courier services.
    10. Eligible Participants will be determined according to ‘successful’ or ‘completed’ orders by the relevant E-COMMmerce platforms. Orders or parts thereof which have been cancelled or refunded will not be considered as eligible.

    Off Trade – CVS/TOFT
    1. Purchase RM20 and above of any Carlsberg Smooth Draught in participating CVS/TOFT outlets in a single receipt to stand a chance to win Touch n Go eWallet credit worth up to RM 88. Purchasing any RM 20 and above of Carlsberg Smooth Draught in participating CVS/TOFT outlets in a single receipt will entitle Participants to one (1) entry to the Promotion. The purchase of every RM20 worth of Carlsberg Smooth Draught in a single receipt shall be entitled to ONE (1) entry into the Contest, with no restrictions on the number of entries. (e.g. purchase of Carlsberg Smooth Draught worth RM60 in a single receipt entitles participants to THREE [3] entries to stand a chance to win prizes).

      1. Write your name (as per IC No.) and IC No. on the front side of each proof of purchase (“Receipt”). Must be clear and readable.
      2. Scan on the QR code on POSM to be directed to the microsite for submission
      3. Fill up the following details for Submission of Entry: -

    4. The Organiser will not send out acknowledgment report to successful entry (“Qualified Entry).
    5. All Qualified Entries collected and processed by the Organiser throughout the Promotion / Campaign period will be allocated a set of serial number starting from serial number “1”. The serial numbers allocated to each Qualified Entry will be tabulated and added up to derive the total number of Qualified Entries.
    6. All the Qualified Entries will be subjected to a random number generator selection process and the 1st to 200th selected by the random number generator will be the Selected Winner.
    7. Selected Winners shall be subject to answer a question from the Organiser before qualifying as the Winner of the Prize.
    8. Failure to answer the question will result in the Prize(s) being forfeited by the Organiser. Eligible entries will be judged in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Participants need to safe keep the original Receipt for verification and redemption purposes.
    9. The Organiser shall contact via phone call and /or WhatsApp the Selected Winner based on the contact details provided upon entry submission on a best effort basis. In the event the Selected Winner could not be contacted, the Organiser reserves the right to replace the Selected Winner with the next name on the respective list.
    10. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the Selected Winner with the next Selected Winner on the list if the contacted Selected Winner fails to answer the question by the Organiser correctly.
    11. The selection result from the random number generator is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
    Notification of Winners & Redemption period
    1. Receipt submission for MONT, TONT, SHM & E-COMM of the Prize must be made before 30 September, 2023. Failing which, any submission shall not be entertained.
    2. Receipt submission for CVS, TOFT of the Prize must be made before 31st October 2023. Failing which, any submission shall not be entertained.
    3. Winners will be notified via the instant messaging app ‘WhatsApp’ at the following number +6010-4270643. The Winners must ensure that the data details provided to the Organiser are true, accurate, current, and complete. Winners will be informed of their win and advise on the prizes details that they have won as well as the verification and mode of fulfilment of the prizes.
    4. The Winners must respond within three (3) days from the time when the Organiser sent the notification via WhatsApp. If the Winner fails to respond within three (3) days, the Organiser reserves the rights to substitute the winner with subsequent name on the list.
    5. In the event the Organiser finds the presented receipt is not authentic or invalid then the Organiser shall be entitled to disqualify the Winner and forfeit the Prize from the Winner without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
    6. The Organiser reserves the absolute right to substitute the prize or redemption item with that of similar value at any time with or without prior notice.
    7. The Organiser shall reserve the right to select an alternative Winner at its sole discretion at any time.
    Gift with Purchase and Prizes further terms and conditions
    1. The Gift with Purchase / Prize / Redemption Gift is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash credit or any other items. Gift with Purchase / Prizes not redeemed within the notified period will be forfeited.
    2. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify and remove any Participants from the Promotion without prior notification or disclosure of information should the Participant be suspected of tampering with their entries or breach the Promotion terms and conditions.
    3. The Organiser’s decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
    4. The Organiser makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other implied terms and conditions with respect to the Gift with Purchase / Prize.
    5. As it is’ basis – The Organiser excludes all warranties and liabilities in connection with the Gift with Purchase / Prize(s) / Redemption Gift to the fullest extent permitted by the law, including but not limited to personal injury, direct loss, indirect loss and consequential losses. The Organiser will not exclude its liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
    6. The use of the Prize(s) (Touch n Go eWallet credit) shall be further subjected to terms and conditions of the relevant platforms and the Organiser shall not be liable for any failure of perusal of the Voucher by the Participants with successful redemption
    7. Any perusal of the Prize(s) (Touch n Go eWallet credit) shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant, and he or she shall liaise directly with the relevant platform, should any issues arise from the perusal of Prize(s).
    8. There shall be no limit as to the number of entries that each Participant may submit but each is entitled only to one redemption of Prize. (Only applicable to Off Trade-CVS/TOFT selected Participating Outlets).
    9. One receipt is only entitled to one redemption of Gift with Purchase/ Prize / Redemption Gift.
    10. The Prize(s) / Gift with Purchase will be delivered to Qualified Participant(s) or Winners via courier services and the Organiser shall not be responsible for any delays or damage by the service provider.
  7. General terms
    1. Proof of submission of an entry is not proof of receipt, and the Organiser shall not be liable for any delay, lost, damaged and/or non-receipt of submissions.
    2. The Organiser’s decision on all matters pertaining the Promotion is final and binding. No correspondences will be entertained.
    3. The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue or terminate the Promotion at any time at its absolute discretion, without notice or liability to any person.
    4. The Organiser reserves its right to amend the Terms and Conditions as it deems fit.
    5. Once submitted, the Receipt is no longer valid for any other on-going promotion. The Organiser reserves the rights to disqualify the Participants’ submission for redemption of other gifts or in any other on-going Contest/Promotion with the same Receipt.
    6. The Organiser reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the aforementioned Gift with Purchase / Prizes without notice to the Participants.
    7. The Organiser, its agents, sponsors and/or representatives shall not be liable to perform any of their obligations in respect of the Promotion and the Terms and Conditions where they are unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond their control and shall not be liable to compensate the Participants in any manner whatsoever in such circumstances.
    8. The Organiser reserves the right to not award any and/or all Gift with Purchase / Prize(s) on the basis that there are insufficient Qualified Entries. The Organiser is entitled to only award the Gift with Purchase / Prize(s) to the Qualified Entries and forfeit the remaining.
  8. Privacy Policy

    By participating, Participants explicitly consents that the Organiser shall store the necessary personal data of the Consumer. The Participant is free to revoke his or her consent to the storage of data by sending an ([email protected]) and by doing so, the Participant withdraws his or her participation in this Promotion. The Organiser will use its best endeavors to keep all personal data stored for the purpose of this Promotion strictly confidential.

  9. Additional Terms
    1. The Promotion Terms and the Carlsberg’s Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on all Participants who participate in this Promotion. The definitions in the Carlsberg’s Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Promotion Terms. In the event of any discrepancies between these terms and conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with this Promotion, the final terms and conditions on Carlsberg’s website shall prevail.
    2. By participating in the Promotion, Participants agree to the Terms and Conditions above.
    3. The Organiser is also not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, failure in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorised access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, the website, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, system, apparatus, software, failure of e-mail or receipt of entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or telecommunication services.
    4. The Organiser reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
